About the Organization

The ReSET program is designed to give schools in low income districts through out the Maryland & D.C area the chance to give their students hands-on scientific activities. We enlist trained volunteers who have ample experience in the fields of science, engineering and technology to teach and give hands-on presentations to pre-K through 6th grade students. Each volunteer has a lesson plan that mirrors the school's teacher itinerary. Our mission is to use hands-on activities to inspire students to become more involved in science and technology as a potential future career.

About the Opportunity

As a volunteer, you will be at the forefront of ReSET. You will get to capture the spark of creativity that can ignite into imagination through patterns within the youth of today. Your lens can see the smiles that deserve to be on all children's faces as they see someone taking interest in the path of their future.
