About the Organization

The mission of Community Music Center (CMC) is to make high quality music instruction and performances accessible to all people, regardless of their financial status. Community Music Center believes that: Making music together has the power to connect people. A quality music education doesn’t have to be expensive. Everyone has a song inside. With branches in the Mission and Richmond districts of San Francisco, as well as programs throughout the city, Community Music Center makes music accessible to people of all ages, musical levels, and financial backgrounds. Our students range in age from 4 to 90 years old and enjoy classes in everything from Western classical to Chinese to Latin Music.

About the Opportunity

We are looking for a professional photographer to capture moments of joy and learning at Community Music Center. People of all ages and ethnic backgrounds make music together at CMC and we would love to be able to document these special moments and relationships.
