About the Opportunity

Asylum Access helps refugees assert their internationally-recognized rights, enabling them to obtain legal status, secure safe and legal employment, send their children to school, receive healthcare services, and seek protection from further injustice. Our clients are refugees and their families, many of them fleeing violence and persecution with little more than the clothes on their backs. It is their stories that we hope to document -- how they engage with a new environment, find a home for themselves, cope with being away from family and friends, and overcome the daily challenges of building a new life in a new country. We invite you to visit our offices in Quito, Ecuador; Bangkok, Thailand, and Dar es Salaam, Tanzania, to document the resilience of these people and to learn more about our work.
